Scope3D, formerly WeReno, is building the AI-powered 3D operating system for buildings. We convert BIM and construction files into fast, web-native 3D twins that owners, builders, architects, contractors, and operators can use to scope, price, renovate, furnish, maintain, and forecast CapEx. Instead of running buildings from 2D PDFs, spreadsheets, and email threads, Scope3D makes the building itself the interface. We started as WeReno, working across hotels, commercial buildings, restaurants, and homes. That work revealed the bigger opportunity: buildings are designed in 3D, but the industry still operates them in 2D. Scope3D brings those buildings back to life as living, AI-readable assets.
